Definition of a furnished unit - What is considered a fully furnished unit?
1) A typical fully furnished property would normally would consist of the following:-
For the Lounge / Living area provided with the following:-
Lounge cabinet & TV Set ,
Living room sofa settee ,
Air-conditioner or ceiling fan
Curtains to windows,
Dinning table with chairs
Kitchen
Kitchen cabinet complete with
hood, hub and gas tank
Refrigerator,
Microwave oven,
Kitchen utensils and cutlery
Washing machine
For All 3 Bedrooms
Complete with bed, spring mattress, sheet covers,
Wardrobe
Curtains to all windows. Air-conditioner or ceiling fans provided
All Bathroom
Hot water heater
Built-in wash basin
Bathroom mirror, towel racks, soap holder

Bare empty unit. Completely empty unit without any fixtures or furniture. Shell unit

Please note: Most owner would be willing to provide the basic fittings such as lightings and ceiling fans.
Extra fittings, furnishing or electrical items can be requested subject to the rental price. ( Usually negotiable)

Typical semi-furnished unit
Fixtures preinstalled such as curtains, ceiling fan and kitchen
cabinet.
A room would be furnished, but the other bedrooms unfurnished. A couple of
electrical appliances maybe provided such as fridge or others.
A few loose furniture in the living hall.

The premise can be rented either Fully Furnished or Partially Furnished. Although a house may be partially furnished at the time of viewing, you can always request the landlord to fully furnish it or request him to get the items you require. All these requests and special requirement are subject to negotiation and will also eventually determine the final rental amount.
