Typical Un-furnished unit With basic fixtures installed such as ceiling lightings, fans, curtains and security grille door.

Bare empty unit. Completely empty unit without any fixtures or furniture. Shell unit only. With only electrical point, telephone points and plumbing works installed.

Please note: Most owner would be willing to provide the basic fittings such as lightings and ceiling fans.

Extra fittings, furnishing or electrical items can be requested subject to the rental price. ( Usually negotiable)

All these requests are subject to negotiation and will also eventually determine the final rental amount.

Typical semi-furnished unit
Fixtures preinstalled such as curtains, ceiling fan and kitchen cabinet. A room would be furnished, but the other bedrooms unfurnished. A couple of electrical appliances maybe provided such as fridge or others. A few loose furniture in the living hall.

The premise can be rented either Fully Furnished or Partially Furnished. Although a house may be partially furnished at the time of viewing, you can always request the landlord to fully furnish it or request him to get the items you require. All these requests and special requirement are subject to negotiation and will also eventually determine the final rental amount.
