Re: An Appreciation
It is necessary to place on record the truly remarkable service and help
provided by Andy Chee, which has been far beyond the call of normal duty, and
has exceeded by a long way what would be considered normal expectation.
I record this after 60 years of working experience, the majority of which has
been involved with commercial and industrial activity, and which includes 4
years of military service in the British Army during and immediately after World
War 2. My former employers were exacting in the extreme and my very senior and
famous military commander immediately transferred anyone who made a mistake.
Initial contact with Andy came about from unusual circumstances. Negotiations
relating to other accommodation failed, arising from very poor service,
procrastination and general dilatoriness covering months, and which produced no
effective result. This involved the not surprising disservice which, all too
often, prospective property customers face. I have been involved with property
matters in Singapore, Hong Kong and Malaysia since 1972, and in the main this
refers to commercial property development and commercial property investment.
With the Penang subject example, I had to suffer denials of faxes sent with
proved transmission reports; crass inefficiency; telephone calls not returned,
and not much idea of how to market a property, etc., etc. Subsequently, when I
discontinued this horrendous experience and decided it was better, and more
prudent, to discard the MR 3,000 payment I had made, I was bombarded with a host
of absurd telephone calls. This experience created a major problem because of
time constraints and a large amount of lost time.
An avoidable and unnecessary crisis was created gratuitously (not of my making),
but very helpful third party suggestions led me to your website
www.penang-property.com which
provided a list of accommodation you had available. Having got your list of properties, I telephoned the Pen
Properties telephone number, and Andy answered. He responded immediately to my, now, very urgent enquiry to make up for
much lost time, and we met up on the same day as I had made the telephone call
to him.
From that time up until today not only has Andy solved the accommodation
question, but he has gone far, far beyond this in many other directions across
the board, and has solved one challenge after another to an extent which can
best be described as quite astonishing. Anyone who can achieve this, while
dealing successfully with the full range of daily business commitments, not only
has the recipe for success, but must succeed also, because this is the time
tested formula for that result. There is no other shortcut.
His help has been outstanding, invaluable and very much appreciated.
Pen Properties are fortunate in having someone as reliable as Andy, with so much
initiative, which produces such effective and successful results. All this is a
remarkable advertisement for Pen Properties, and I am sure must contribute to
the continuing and deserving success of the Firm.
As a result of my dealings with Andy, I have absolutely no hesitation whatsoever
