Job Responsibilities:

Real Estate Marketing - Buying Selling, Leasing

Source and list properties for sale and rental
Arrange viewing, negotiation with client and close the sale
Liaise with developers for sales of new development

Bringing in the best - Real Estate Property Negotiator

Are you able to articulate well, a good listener, good at problem solving and enjoys meeting people?
Have a desire to learn and develop within a professional environment and provide a quality service?
Willing to work very hard and desire to earn high income?
Honest, responsible and able to work together as a team
Age between 25 - 35 years. Male or Female with pleasant personality
Qualification : Form Five (SPM, MCE ) or equivalent
Posses own transport and familiar with Penang Island
Malaysian citizen

Income : Commission based. We have a ready pool of buyers and sellers. Local and International clients. For those are fast learner and prepared to work very hard can expect to earn up to RM100,000 in commission per year.

Requirement	Full Time - Permanent Job based in Georgetown, Penang Island. Malaysia Preferable with 2 years sales experience in marketing / sales industry.
Job Position:	2 vacancies for Real Estate Property Negotiator
